These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and ic777. By registering an account or using the ic777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause below. Players must be 21 years or older.
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") apply to all users of the ic777 platform, including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services operated under the ic777 brand. ic777 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Bangladesh players are strongly encouraged to review this document periodically.

1. Eligibility Requirements

- You are depositing and wagering using funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means.
2. Account Registration and Verification
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ic777 account. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts is a material breach of these T&C.
When registering your ic777 account you must provide accurate, current and complete information. ic777 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided, including but not limited to the following:

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on ic777 are denominated in BDT unless otherwise specified. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits
ic777 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the source payment method.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ic777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment sources (except USDT where permitted).
- ic777 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider (e.g., bKash processing times during peak hours) once a deposit instruction has been submitted correctly from the ic777 cashier.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. ic777 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad on the same business day.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule), subject to exceptions approved by ic777's payments team.
- Before processing any withdrawal, ic777 may require full KYC verification to be completed. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be held until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
- Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. Only the net cash portion of a balance that exceeds an active wagering requirement is eligible for withdrawal.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
ic777 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms.
Each bonus offer has specific terms attached, including the applicable wagering requirement (rollover), eligible games, minimum deposit required to trigger the bonus, and any maximum cashout limit. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these T&C.
- Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in its individual promotion terms.
- ic777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse, exploitation or technical error is suspected.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts is a T&C violation and will result in account closure.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between player accounts.
- ic777 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotional offer.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on ic777 are supplied by certified third-party game providers and operate under those providers' technical standards and certified RNG software.
ic777 does not control the mathematical outcomes of any game; all results are determined by the certified RNG or live dealer mechanics of the applicable game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server log is the definitive record.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and any wager placed will be refunded to the player's account balance.
- Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other device to gain an unfair advantage in any ic777 game or betting market.
- Placing bets on both sides of the same market simultaneously (arbitrage betting) with the intent to guarantee profit regardless of outcome is prohibited on ic777 betting markets.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. ic777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ic777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure of your account.
- Opening or operating more than one ic777 account per individual, household or device.
- Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ic777 in any manner that facilitates money laundering or financial crime.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be voided.
- Using ic777 services in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law without obtaining any required local authorisation.
- Colluding with other players, dealers or ic777 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, signals or game strategy information during a live game session.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
ic777 may suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination, without limitation.
Players also have the right to close their own ic777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable cash balance will be processed for return to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
- Breach of any provision of these T&C, including prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ic777's compliance team.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance. ic777 will make reasonable attempts to notify the player before closing an inactive account.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via ic777's responsible gaming tools or directly to customer support.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ic777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data compilations and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of ic777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ic777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any ic777 content or software without the prior written consent of ic777.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ic777's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Without limiting the foregoing, ic777 shall not be liable under any circumstances for any of the following categories of loss or damage:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings arising from or in connection with the use of ic777.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not ic777 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Losses arising from interruption of service, technical faults, network failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad and Rocket).
10. Privacy and Data Protection
ic777 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C by reference. By registering an account with ic777, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
All personal data collected by ic777 is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and, where consented to, marketing communications. ic777 applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a player and ic777 relating to any bet, game outcome or account matter, the following process applies.
Players must first submit a written complaint to ic777 customer support at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. ic777 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. ic777's records, including server logs, transaction data and game round histories, shall be the primary evidentiary basis in any dispute.
12. Amendments to These Terms
ic777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. The most current version of the T&C is always available on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, ic777 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. Continued use of ic777 after an amendment has been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using ic777 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.
